(WASHINGTON, D.C.) – The District of Columbia Department of Youth Rehabilitation Services (DYRS) today released an agency update detailing its community-based approach to juvenile rehabilitation for court-involved youth. The update covers youth participating in DC YouthLink, the coalition of community-based organizations we established to connect court-involved youth to services, supports, and resources that help them succeed in a community setting.
